Consumers, i.e., any natural person acting for purposes that are wholly or predominantly outside their commercial, business, craft, or professional activities, have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of cancellation

If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to revoke this contract. We may deduct the loss in value of the delivered goods from the refund if the loss is due to unnecessary handling by you. We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the provision of digital content if we have begun executing the contract after you have expressly agreed that we begin execution before the withdrawal period expires, you have confirmed your knowledge that by consenting to the start of execution you lose your right of withdrawal, and we have sent you a contract confirmation in which the contract content including the above provisions on the premature expiration of the right of withdrawal is reproduced on a durable medium.
