You will receive an invoice from us by email and pay the invoice amount conveniently by bank transfer. When paying by invoice, we obtain a credit check from a service provider to assess our credit risk. You can avoid a credit check by choosing another payment method. If the credit check is satisfactory, we will ship the goods immediately. You pay the invoice conveniently after receipt of the invoice with a Payment term of 14 days The option to pay by invoice will be confirmed or declined by us within 24 hours after receipt of the order.

Payment in advance (prepayment)

Please transfer the invoice amount (bank transfer or payment slip) stating your order number to our bank account. Our bank details can be found either on the invoice or in the order confirmation. After receipt of your transfer, you will receive a payment confirmation by email from our accounting department. The goods will then be shipped according to the shipping information below. The Payment deadline for payment in advance is 14 days .

Shipment

Shipping is done by email or by post (DHL parcel), provided it is a physical product. Shipping by email is free of charge for you.

Shipping method for the different payment types:

Paypal: Orders received before 5 p.m. will be shipped the same day.

Credit card: Orders received before 5 p.m. will be shipped the same day.

Instant bank transfer: Orders received before 5 p.m. will be shipped the same day.

Purchase on account: Orders received before 5 p.m. will be shipped the same day.

Prepayment: The shipment of the order takes place only after payment has been received.

Shipping costs within Germany are 4.99 euros via DHL. Within the EU, shipping costs are 9.99 euros. Delivery is made via DHL.

Orders and deliveries are generally only possible within Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic, and Hungary.

within Europe: 4 - 6 working days

In case of delivery delays, you will receive feedback by email within 24 hours. If an item is no longer available, we will offer you an equivalent alternative or refund your money.

Delivery times

The delivery period begins with the payment by

The delivery period ends depending on the delivery status on the following day. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized by the state at the delivery location, the next working day will take the place of such a day.

If there are delivery delays, we will inform you immediately. In this case, you will receive an email from us or, if a phone number was provided, a message about the current delivery status and a new delivery date.
